No Microphone Icon

Sometimes a user reports they have no microphone icon on the toolbar which is used to activate the segue editor and voicetracker.

This can happen for a number of reasons:

1. You have not set the user to have Voicetracking permissions. This would be done on the user account in PlayoutONE Settings > WebVT > WebVT User Administration.

2. The user is using a tablet like an iPad or iPhone or something similar. These devices do not support segue editing or voicetracking yet.

3. The user is using the Safari web browser. They are warned about this when they open WebVT.
