If you see the following pop up box when trying to record a voicetrack then it usually signals a problem with your audio device talking to the browser.
Steps To Fix
- Restart the browser. Completely close the browser and make sure it's not running. Open the browser and then try again.
- Restart the PC. If the restart of the browser doesn't work then your PC may need to be rebooted.
- If a restart of the PC doesn't work, then we suggest trying a different browser. Our officially supported browsers are Chrome and Firefox.
- After trying another browser and you are still not able to record, we suggest trying to record into https://online-voice-recorder.com/ if you can't record into this then it signifies a problem with your audio device and suggest you try another audio device.
