WebVT Tab
The WebVT® tab contains settings for PlayoutONE WebVT® as described below:
| Setting Name | Description |
| WebVT Import Profile | This is the profile that will be used to import any Voice Tracks recorded via WebVT® into PlayoutONE. This will have been setup by PlayoutONE Support during your installation so this will not need to be changed. |
| WebVT Process Profile | This is the profile that will be used to import any Voice Tracks recorded via WebVT® into PlayoutONE when users have selected the option to "Process microphone on import" under their WebVT® Settings. For help setting this up please refer to the following article: Processing the Microphone with WebVT |
| WebVT Upload Profile | This is the profile that will be used to import any Audio/Tracks added to the Media Finder via WebVT® into PlayoutONE. This will have been setup by PlayoutONE Support during your installation so this will not need to be changed. |
| WebVT User Administration | This allows you to administer users for WebVT®, for details please see this article: Managing Users |
| WebVT Audit Log | This allows you to see an audit log of any actions performed by WebVT® users, when you open this window you can filter by a certain user and date range, along with printing off the report to a printer of your choice. This log is kept for 7 days. |
| Set WebVT logo | This allows you to specify the logo used on the login screen with WebVT®. This needs to be an image file that is less than 300kb in size Checking the option to Don't show logo on login screen will prevent this logo from showing |
| Edit Station Whiteboard | This allows you to edit the station whiteboard directly in PlayoutONE, rather than having to login to WebVT® to edit it there |
