Connecting to a TCP server
To enable the TCP server within Data Controller so that other applications can send commands via TCP:
- Click the 'Settings' button from Data Controller's top bar
- Go to the 'Integrations' tab
- Click the 'Add' button
- Choose 'TCP server' from the 'service' drop-down menu
- Fill in the port number for the server to listen on
External applications can then send any command to Data Controller by sending a command via the chosen TCP port.
